Is Strategic Resources About to Make Stock Profit History

I've worked on and around Wall Street for the good part of 20 years. I recently received a promotional piece that was beautifully created by professionals regarding a company called Strategic Resources, Ltd., The piece was distributed by an entity called the The Fagan Report. The advertising piece says, "I continue to show you how fortunes can be made when you buy the right stock before a major discovery." I have no problem with that statement. In fact, common sense would tell you that if you buy a 65 cent stock before a major discovery, chances are that you will make a fortune. The advertising piece also says, "The time to buy is now - before Strategic's drills hit the $Billion prize and the share-price goes ballistic." You know what, I don't really have a problem with that statement either. But I do have a problem when Fagan's Report tells me that the stock could move 500% on the first drill result. I do have a problem with the fact that Fagan's advertsting copy tells me to buy every share you can get your hands on up to $1.00 but his own website has an initial buy ceiling of $1.50. So what is it, Mr. Fagan, $1.00 or $1.50. In addition, the advertising copy says that The Fagan Report was paid $105,000 for the profile (promotion). The report on his own website says that he was paid $450,000 for the profile. So was he paid $105,000, $450,000 or $555,000.

Message to Mr. Fagan: Get your story straight.
