Investing in Penny Stocks

I don't agree with a blatant statement that says don't invest in penny stocks. However, one must always heed the warning of someone telling you to be careful. When I invest into real estate, my three must do's are:

1. Know the market
2. Do your research
3. Don't listen to the agent

In the penny stock world, we should do the same. In the case of the agent, you can replace it with don't listen to the tout. Here's another be careful article about penny stocks.
